Our Kapucia Community welcomes you to find your inner voice through an educational, inspirational and creative writing course with prolific writer Gill Torres. The power of writing can assist you on your journey in cultivating your dreams, letting go and manifesting your perfect life.

Writing is a powerful aid for reflection, release, visualisation and manifestation. This one-day workshop will take you on a journey through each of these stages, teaching you tools at every step, that you will be able to use for the rest of your life to aid mental and emotional wellness.

Who is the workshop for?

Anyone can attend who feels inspired to do so - whether you are a best selling author or you haven't picked up a pen since school you will get just as much from the day. You have an inner voice. You can learn to listen to that voice and, ultimately, to make it work for you.

Do I need to be a 'creative type'?
**************************************
No more than you already are! Whether you remember the details or not, you create whole worlds every night when you dream. You also create your own reality. This workshop will teach you how to tap into and benefit from your creativity. Writing can be used by anyone at any time as one of the purest forms of self-care.

Who will host the workshop?
**********************************
Gill Torres is a prolific writer, both professionally and personally. A published children's author and former magazine editor, there is barely a style of writing that Gill hasn't studied or worked with over the years.

Passionate about natural, holistic health and self-empowerment, as well as deeply spiritual and practised in healing techniques, Gill is equipped to pass on tricks of the writing trade in a way that can help you to harness your inner voice and unlock your creativity.

What can I expect?
***********************

You will be guided to try a series of written exercises that can be used to produce creative writing or journaling, depending on your preference. You will leave with the instructions for each of these exercises, so that you can continue to practice them at home. There will be opportunity to share but you can choose to keep your writing private if you wish.

How will the day be structured?
*************************************

-The course will run from 10-30am until 16.30pm.

-Please arrive 15 minutes early for a prompt start. Bring a notepad/journal and pen.

-There will be breaks, including 45 minutes for lunch. A vegan meal can be provided at an extra cost (enquire when booking).
